Admission Criteria

The new academic session for all classes commence from the first week of April every year.

All the students seeking admission to various classes are required to register themselves for admission by January every year.

The Children seeking admission are tested in fol/owing subjects according to the last class they have qualified.

Entrance Test
No entrance test will be conducted for the admission in classes Pre-Nursery, KG, I and K.G -II.

I -II          -   English, Mathematics, Hindi, E. V.S.

III -IX      -   English, Mathematics, Hindi, Science.

The decision of the Principal will be final in this respect.

Both the parents are required to accompany their child at the time of Interview / Admission.
Things Required for Admission
Birth certificate from the Municipal committee.

T.C., if he / she has migrated from the previous school.

Two passport size photographs of student, one photograph of mother & father each.

Report card of the class passed in the previous school.
Mode of Payment of School Dues
All dues are accepted in Cash only at the school Fee Counter. Fee is collected on monthly / quarterly basis.

Late fee fine rules, as per fee collection card, will be applicable.

Summer
For Boys

Blue Check half sleeves shirt.
Navy blue st'Jorts upto class V
Navy blue trousers for the students of class VI & above.
Primary Classes.
For Girls

Blue pleated designed skirt with blue check half sleeves shirt.

Common : Block shoes, sky blue socks, the school belt & tie. Tunic is compulsory for girls of Pre- Primary Classes.
Winter

For Boys

Dark Grey woollen trousers & Blue check full sleeves shirt.

Sweater & jacket along with the school monogram.

For Girls

Dark grey woollen pleated designed skirt.
Blue check full sleeves shirt.

Sweater & blazer along with the school monogram.
Common : School Belt & Tie
Note : House T-Shirt, white trousers / white skirt, white canvas shoes & socks are to be worn on every Wednesday
General Rules
As the medium of instruction is English, the children should be helped by a certain amount of regular conversation in this language, at home. In the school, students have to speak English with each other.

Student who fails to attain the required standard in Languages, Maths and 4 Science will not be promoted. Promotions are granted on the basis of the whole year's performance of the student to the extent of 40% marks. The decision of the school authorities with regard to the promotion is final.

Parents are requested to see that their children come to school regularly and punctually. They should check the children's diary regularly and note teacher's remarks and sign against the remarks.

Students who have been absent from the school must have the reason entered in the leave record page of the diary. Student's name will be struck off the rolls if he or she is absent without leave application for 6 consecutive days.

All students are expected to come to school daily, in neat and proper uniform with clean socks and polished shoes.

Students are responsible for safe custody of their books and belongings. These should be neatly labelled and named.. Parents are not allowed to see their children or meet the teachers during the
school hours, without permission of the principal.

Students are expected to behave in a courteous manner. They should address their teachers with due respect and politeness.

Children who are sick, should not be sent to school to attend the class or take the tests. 10. Students should be encouraged to take part in extra curricular activities.
Points to be remembered by students
  1. Consider tuition as a social evil, concentrate in class.
  2. Always revise the work done in the class.
  3. Never omit the lesson or home work assigned.
  4. Never postpone what you can do today.
  5. Remember a place for every thing and keep everything in its place.
  6. Show your school diary to your parents.
Rules Concerning Absence
No one who is late or has been absent on the previous day, will be admitted to the class without the permission of the principal/manager and without application duly signed by the parents.

Absence from school during tests/examination will never be condoned except
in case of illness, no re-examination is allowed.

Repeated absence without leave application or unexplained absence for more than six
consecutive days renders the student liable to have his/her name struck off the rolls. Re-
admission will have to be sought.
Code for Students
1. The school uniform is to be worn on all school days.

2. Every student should regularly carry school diary with him/her.

3. School is not responsible for the goods or money lost in the school premises.

4. Students should get their report cards signed by their parents and return them to the teacher within 2 days of receipt of the report card.

5. Students should not scratch on desks, chairs, walls or doors of the school.Any damage done to the school property shall be made good by the offender.

6. All the students must be in their seats before the teacher enters the class.

7. Indisciplined behaviour in the school bus/Van will make the child ineligible for the use of the school transport.

8. Female students should not wear ornaments, nail polish or high heel shoes.

9. Boys should keep neatly trimmed hair.
Note to the Parents
1. Parents are requested to look into the school diary of their child daily. Remarks made in the diary should be seen and countersigned regularly. Children should be sent daily to the school in neat and full school uniform.

2. If your child is not assigned home work on any day, the principal should be contacted.

3. Parents should carefully fill in the Personal Memo in the school diary.

4. A fine of Rs. 30 plus the cost will be charged if the student has lost the original diary/report card / fee card/Identity Card.

5. Do not criticise the teacher/school in the presence of your child. If you have a legitimate complaint, meet the principal.

6. Teach your child the dignity of work. He/She should be taught to keep his/her bag and room tidy, polish his/her own shoes, carry his/her own bag etc.

7. You are required to inform the school, if there is any change in your address, telephone numbers for security reasons.
NOTE: In order to review the progress of the students, in their studies and also to discuss their individual problems, or to make any query concerning progress, conduct or attendance of the students, parents are welcome to visit the school on 2nd Saturday of every month and establish a personal contact with the school.
